For what it’s worth ; a lot of sports cars and even super cars from the early 2000s are jealous of o to 100 in 4.6s. While it might not corner as good it does go fast. Plenty fast.
I had a 2013 Sante Fe 2.0T GDI, I read -some- reports, but since I sold it in ‘16, how do those engines hold up?
Motor at each wheel = lots of unsprung weight.
Also 4 motors are more complicated than one large one. More cabling etc. Higher chance for failure, but, also more ways to control (slip, torque etc)

I doubt any M3 CS does more than 1% of it’s (intended) miles on the track. And that explains the price-tag. It’s that high because they can sell them for that amount.

What a complicated article about a simple thing ; radiators. Make ‘em thicker. Allow more metal to get decent airflow and you cool things down more and faster. It’s not rocket science. And on top of that this is only about coolant, not about any oil-cooling which also can be done in many different ways. Or a tranny…
