Why wasn’t I told this when I was still working on my own cars? Comic relief I guess. This is wonderful.

I prefer freelancing. I don’t have to go through the yearly evaluation, self assessment. If they don’t like my work, they stop paying me. Saves me about 80 hours of creative writing and humiliation a year.

Do you guys still drive into the office or do you work remotely?
