If all you want is for a vehicle to show up fast and make a big boom, then a high-speed F-16 sortie may make sense. Should be highly effective against targets like Godzilla. Actually, yes, some cars do unlock the doors automatically when the car is placed in Park, and then re-lock the doors automatically when the car is placed in Reverse or Drive. In most cases, this is something you can change, if you know about it.
