That’s what they said in the 50's too and then the civil rights movement flourished. Quota systems can work, just like anything else. Not everyone had the advantages that you had growing up or the advantage of your skin color/culture.

That’s not the way life works. If they wan’t a more diverse group of employees, they will have to have a quota system. Say one that matches the general populous in percentages.

In general a subclass of “Internet White Knight” who sees it as their duty to strike down any non-PC persons in their presence or observed online.

Unless they have a quota system enforced on the hiring manager, it’s not going to happen. That’s the only way to end subconscious bias.

Same here, people have no clue how much energy an earthquake represents and how piddly that makes geologic strain caused by fracking look like piss in the ocean.

One fracking well didn’t create a 5.6 magnitude earthquake. People simple don’t know how much energy that represents lol

Do you have proof? I haven’t seen anyone popping up with anything other than speculation.

So is there any proof that it was induced by fracking or is this just the eco-friendly press doing all they can to bad mouth fracking before the analysis is in?
