You don’t like the Dynamic Steering? My better half has it in her SQ5 and I’m a big fan. Paired with the S Sport Package and the witchcraft rear differential it includes, that large SUV handles far better than it has any right to. She loves it, and so do I.

Wrong. Or, I guess you could be right depending on how the quotes are interpreted.

No difference in sound when switching between modes so I don’t think it’s valved. Her SQ5 exhaust is valved so I’m familiar with those systems.

Lukewarm take: current-era Mustangs are basically hot garbage.

That was widely speculated as the reason they backed out. None of their modern offerings (for a while, now the new Supra is at least moderately interesting) were interesting or cool, so it wasn’t a great look for them to be showing off cool stuff when they don’t make anything cool anymore.

Oh I know. I’ve driven several of them and I know a few people who use them as dailies. The post I replied to was advocating for cars that AREN’T really daily driveable, and my point was that raw and aggressive “event” cars like that have their place, but you usually end up wishing they fit more use cases. I love my

You’d think that, but if you own a sports car that isn’t daily-driveable you just end up wishing you could drive it more.

Despite a variety of on-paper differences, yes, I’d agree that you could and I’d go so far as to argue that the 911 (specific trim varies on specific R8 config) is actually the closest competitor to the R8. And vice-versa.

Weirdly it looks like that color is a Q5/SQ5 exclusive. That being said, Audi will paint any model in any color they’ve ever used, albeit for a handsome fee ($3,900 on the S5 coupe).

The current Audi SQ5 looks stunning in Azores Green:

Yeah ours is a Prestige with every option except Black Optics which IMO looks odd on the SQ5. Virtual Cockpit and the HUD are indeed awesome, as is the air suspension. And the Sport Package brakes and differential are insane. Basically it’s an amazing car all around, and a way better value than this Mini, even if it

Valid point. My better half just got an SQ5 and it’s f*cking amazing... for the extra space and aesthetic improvements it’s worth the extra cash over this Mini.

Yeah I saw it at Caffeine and Carburetors spring(?) last year. Ridiculous car. Corbin is an eccentric, that’s for sure.

S8s are also a lot less common, even in this area where every other car is a BMW/Benz/Audi. S63s and M5s are commonplace, but you almost never see an S8.

I’m with you. It’s gorgeous (especially with the windshield IMO).

Legally management pretty much has to focus only on quarterly growth. That fiduciary responsibility has ruined and will ruin a lot of things that could have been great.

Same. I took a vacation the week between jobs when I was funemployed and basically got paid for it. #winning.

I saw one this week (metro NY area) for the first time. They look like crap in pictures and they look like crap IRL.

I think these things correlate; the footsteps are supposed to help you manage the complexity and lack of security cultivated by these maps. You have to keep your ears open and pay attention or someone will pop through one of those windows and light your sh*t up.

And a Fiat Croma, like he said on Top Gear, if memory serves.
