Agreed. The G70, especially with the sports package, is great looking. Where I live though everyone is so hung up on brand image that they spend more for an S4 or 340; I almost never see G70s around

Your lack of interest is well founded. I played for maybe 4 hours in one sitting that weekend they made it free, then I got bored and have never felt any compulsion to go back..
I bought a One X recently and apparently they only come in bundles (at GameStop anyway). NBA or Division 2 were the options, and I don’t play sports games so I chose Division 2.
I did it over about 8 months... granted I was in high school so I had no bills and a lot of time. Finished it, painted it, and sold it a few months later to buy a Honda for reliable college transportation.
Cool car and glad you’re saving it. I did ~100 hours of rust repair on a Monte Carlo SS years back... I don’t miss it. Good luck! (I mean that genuinely, repairing rust sucks).
They’re mostly owned by private individuals and then basically leased to charter companies who operate them day to day for paying clients, when the owner isn’t using them. Some small companies also own their fleet of jets, or do a mix. You can look up the tail number of any private plane and see the owner info and…
The hero car has T-tops, also... I don’t recall ever seeing a GNX with T-tops. Just a lot of Grand Nationals, Monte SS, etc.
Ehh. Some SUVs are ok. My better half has an SQ5 and it’s great to drive. Not as good as an S4, but still objectively fun.
Yup. My girlfriend bought a nice car at an upscale dealership recently. Even though we made it abundantly clear to everyone that she was buying it, everything the finance guy said he looked at me and not her. This was a purchase where she knew what she did and didn’t want, down to the color, before we walked in; she…
I had not heard much about this. thank you for bringing it to my attention. But yeah, If Deakins is allowed to do his thing a WWI setting could be astonishing shot. It’s also being released right in Oscar season so they’re clearly thinking it’ll be very well-reviewed.
Fair. Although absurd plotlines in Bond films is hardly limited to Skyfall... I’d probably argue that it’s actually a staple of the franchise.
I’ll grant you fully that the cold open of QoS is great. No question there. As was Spectre with that Dia de Muertos scene. And Skyfall with the motorcycle chase. All the Craig Bond movies have great cold opens... the foot chase in Casino Royale is arguably the weakest one but still excellent. If I had to rank them by…
... QoS ahead of Skyfall? Curious why.
I so hope it is. I desperately want to be able to play current games + PS3 COD4 (don’t talk to me about the remaster, it isn’t the same) + Shaun Palmer Pro Snowboarder, Nightfire, San Andreas, and ATV Offroad Fury all on the same system.
Porsche and Audi both do incredible-looking red and black interiors. We have an SQ5 with this, it’s an amazing look and everyone who gets in compliments it.
Unclear why you’d post this in a car blog... I’d assume you’re in the same boat, no?
You’d be surprised. Granted they aren’t cheap or easy to work on but Porsches are very reliable cars, even moreso if you’re curving for their performance level.
I like my PS4 Pro and One X... matte black boxes. That’s all I want out of the new ones.
The B6 also had AWD and a proper ZF8 trans, no dual clutch. Combined these change the car from “summer toy” like the M6 GC into a legit daily driver.
Can confirm. Can also confirm that it’s incredibly annoying... the car is very low, and when you’re dropping into the seat the e-brake handle whacks you in the back of the knee if you’re not used to it. Very odd design choice.
