Dude, the 996 was like brand new then and was hot shit. Also, there was a Boxster and a late-model Camaro on that list too... low-level criminals need to buy stolen cars too, ok?

Outdated take. All 3 of the German cars we have currently (and the past 3, making 6 total) have been bulletproof.
I can’t speak to the tax/cost aspect, and nobody really can with any quantifiable data since a formal proposal hasn’t been floated yet. But I can say that my sister works in HR, and even at her relatively small company they’re paying several FTE’s worth of salary annually just managing the healthcare they provide.…
Occam’s Razor says yes, they’re idiots.
I mean I love dogs... but if we can note an olfactory signal for a seizure, couldn’t like a skin patch (similar to a nicotine one) or a wearable like an Apple Watch have a sensor that triggers when it happens? Do we really need the dogs involved?
Respect. I have 155k on my air-cooled 911 and no end in sight. Life is too short to not drive fun cars.
Same. I have a perfect driving record (somehow, all my indiscretions aged out) so even for my two dumb cars the premium is low and $10 is still a rounding error.
Nearly 100% chance this car comes in a solid 30% overpriced, just like the MKC was.
Velars are great-looking with the right wheels. The base ones (17s or something) look hysterically awful.
Been using PS Vue, including HBO and SHO, for about a year. 0 regrets, highly recommend it. For an easy transition off cable, it’s a great option. UI is very similar to most cable providers, and it even has local channels for sports.
Sounds like every Boeing board meeting to me.
I was in the old town part of Vienna in ‘17, casually walking down the street looking at the beautiful buildings. Out of nowhere amidst the normal small European cars a ~2003 Dodge Ram Quad Cab, complete with a loud exhaust and aftermarket wheels, blasted by. It was the most incongruous thing I’ve ever seen. But…
Yup. I love my old 911 but I hate 95+% of the driving I have to do, stuck in traffic commuting in my BMW. Not to mention I hate how much it costs to enjoy this hobby that I love, even with these (surprisingly) reliable cars. And I recognize that global warming is definitely a thing and that cars are a huge part of it;…
Aside from all that, Subaru interiors are historically very sub-par especially once you look at what cars like the STi actually sell for. A Golf R is an infinitely nicer place to spend time.
Oh no, turning their state into a copy of the best U.S. state sounds horrible! /s
Technically it’s still “alleged” even up until a conviction, isn’t it? Once convicted it becomes final.
Seems a little high to me. ~30% maybe.
He considers it a car... but I’ll concede that this is an interesting philosophical debate and tbh I’m not even sure where I stand on it.
Holy hell Nissan Maximas are incredibly overpriced.
While I completely agree that this is not a car, didn’t Jason (or someone from here) drive a “car” powered by a propeller once?
