I use Always on Top. Bring a window to the foreground, hit CTRL+Space, and it’s pinned to the top. You can even pin more than one window, and they will all stay on top of all others.

I get this question often on the Dropbox forums. People look at their active devices and sessions, see that a device was last used half a state away and they assume their account has been compromised. I have a response saved as a text replacement just due to how often it comes up.
