My work computer, where I have all those tabs open, is nothing special. Just a stock Optiplex from Dell. The same that I give to all the non-power users in the office.

Only nine tabs?! I have 115 tabs open in Firefox right now, with 25 active extensions (many others disabled). This uses about 645MB of memory, though it can spike to 1GB depending on what I'm doing at any given time.

Hit the Backspace key.
