I know of people who have moved out of state, for this exact reason. Overzealous public officials.  They want their kids out of state as well.  Stupid TX government guys, what the heck are they doing?

I would. Better at 10k than 14k. I inherited the 5-d00r in exact color and configuration, but in rusted Kansas City condition.  This is pristine.  I would want another in my garage, but would need a bigger garage...

Early 70's Dodge D-truck with a three-on-the-tree. In fairness, it was a well used wonky linkage that was hit-or-miss getting it into top gear. During a lunch run, parts of the linkage fell off and I only had 1st gear. Fortunately, it was on a ranch road and could recover the fallen linkage, and put it back together

And the wind.  I carried a 2 by 3 plastic shelf unit from Menards in my NA miata.  I had to get off the highway and do surface streets--the wind on the shelf unit sticking up, way up, was trying to blow it out of the car.

Or a very nice Bourbon.  Sip that shit, straight up.

64, wife is 59, we each had shots last night.  Kirschwasser for her, Bourbon for me.

Are those recaps, on the Malibu?

Captain Picard was right all along—”you will be assimilated.. ..”

Why do we send flawed American drivers to Europe? Santino Ferrucci has a public runaway and gets fired (no surprise the team fired him—not good to crash into your team mate). It’s not the 1st time its happened. Scott Speed had the exact same experience—got uppity and the team fired him. He was replaced by Vettel who’s

People are in such close quarters on a plane, I’m not sure bringing any odorous or messy food on board is proper. I speak from experience. Many moons ago, on one flight I brought on board a Burger King Whopper and fries.  I don’t remember the exact circumstances, but I was hungry and I was boarding.  On the plane, I

Same here. The dealership didn’t blink at our check. The business office worker said it wasn’t a problem for them to accept personal checks. I took that to mean their protections were in place (County Sheriff, or Guido and Luigi). Also the fact that we don’t look the type to pass big bucks bad checks.

I can understand his frustration, and it’s truly sad to see. I’ve been watching the F2 races cause there’s an American competing in the series (finally)He (the American, Santino Ferrucci) has complained on the radio as well.

I give them a C- for their coverage. Pros—it’s broadcast for the entire race. Decent commentators, with the expectant commercials (how can they not do commercials??). Cons—choppy video throughout the broadcast, which was pretty annoying.

I’d like to be the 1st to mention the FWD GM A-bodies—the Chevy Celebrity, Pontiac 6000, Olds Ciera and Buick Century. At one time I had 2 and bought another for my mother-in-law. They were cheap to buy and cheap to fix, but were also reliable as anything of that era. I had fleet auction models with HD everything,

Ditto on the Mopar Slant 6. But the suspension on my 64 Dodge 330 stripper was better than pa, with a torsion bar front end. And, nobody had good brakes back then. That car took all the abuse I could give it, and it was before I knew what an oil change was.

Cleaning dried on bird poop off the Equinox. Lots of it, using tar and bug remover and lots of fingernails.

I watched it. After KC got their field goal and was up 3 points, possession returned to Washington with 4 seconds remaining. They recovered the kick in the end zone and brought it out, trying laterals to break free. It was foolish, running around on the 10 yard line making shitty laterals. During this foolishness,

Going thru that now. My liked but not loved final generation 3.1 V6 Olds Cutlass died on the road with a broken camshaft. 18 years old, 238k miles, but without soul (or love in my heart). Just now coming from the shop that tore into the rear cylinder bank and made the diagnosis.

I had 3 Chevy Celebrities, all 1989 models, GSA auction purchased. Two were mine and one for my in-laws. They were good cars, except for the paint and the weatherstripping.

The federal government has quick pay clause in their many contracting regulations. I doubt that happens unless the contractor isn’t abiding by the contract.
