@Imtheredude: The Wp7 chassis forbids user-accessible external storage. Whatever flash card the OEM puts in there is what you get
@Edgy: I've never gotten access to someone's updates just by sending them a friend request. That's not how it works. Most likely she's friends with your friend and you have your updates set to that
This doesn't make sense. Anything sent to Everyone is already available to everyone, friend request or not. Ignoring a friend request doesn't block that info either.
@The Werewolf: As if Microsoft wouldn't love to have every single country getting full access
@MrRainMan: You don't get the Pass though. You're to the immediate North, MS HQ is almost in Canada, I don't get why it's such a big issue
@EthanPeter: When I saw "Bing is the Zune of.." I thought that was going to end with Bing being the best at what it does in its category (since there is no multimedia/discovery experience like Zune).
Wait, not the entire Starcraft series, just Wings of Liberty cutscenes for $20? Is he crazy?
Why's it look so cheap and crappy? Who's going to buy this?
Your friends at Gizmodo seem to think Bing is a failure for not having this 2 years ago
So Bing gains a feature and this slant is your automatic approach to 'reporting' it? Something seems wrong with that to me. You'd think with Google having had their map search product for so much longer, newcomer Bing would be expected to add competing features one layer at a time.
It's not growing. Tablets, phones are growing. That in no way means the laptop is dying (from a few months of growth data with a Christmas peak? Maybe everybody already has one). You said as much in the article, yet the headline is so sensationalist
@brother.shrike: Try stable version on XP then let me know
Could this have been done by a writer with a less slanted tone?
@Robert Manders: I never understand how closed-minded people can frequent tech enthusiast sites. I'm not sure what you read that made you think they're just copying Chrome, but how about you just try using something before making that type of comment?
@fredley1: I'm sorry, that wasn't a very clear answer. Not sure what the mouse moving was about. Does it just display whatever's on your screen, or not?
@BishopBlaize: Well that's the problem with snooty scoffing. I never understood why people indulge in that
@UncleNinja: It's easy for any website to make their site IE9 friendly by adding jumplist links. Really easy.
"not nearly as good-looking as the other ones out there (in fact, it's pretty darn ugly)"
@TehBeardMan: I wish that was a safe assumption. Someone please answer this.
