It doesn't work. I'm on Chrome in XP. HowTF does Google Instant Search not work in the latest stable version of Chrome?

@Dr. What?: Buy a Windows Phone (of the 7 Series) and then when it's "jailbroken" dual-boot to Android if you really can't stand to be without Android.

The title and most of the article don't specify live streaming video. Streaming in general obviously works fine, hence Netflix. You seem to be asking about live events, maybe that should be clearer.

Something seems off about all these details here. Microsoft has no incentive to flat-out lie, and neither are they dumb... Proof of ownership is as easy as showing receipts.

@ben28: Right NOW on Windows Mobile, if you turn on MyPhone it syncs and backs up all your stuff to the cloud without you having to lift a finger. Inform yourself.

Funny how the tone of a blog post can color things

@ratko: 1. They're smartphones. Small computers.

@justaj: Have you gotten a chance to try it yet?

@techynottreky: Uh... did Google spit in your coffee or something?

@hightouch: You could use non-American notation to make that work better. 20/12/2012

@sooper_gizmo12: Probably why they didn't put this in the Droid brand

@muppethead: The game used its own style/fonts. Otherwise I still disagree: Typographic consistency is one of the best things about the new Zune-era Microsoft

@crd22: Check the published launch list for some turn-based casual games, many of which I assume are free. On the real though, how is it not worth the price of a lunch if you're going to play it? I can understand me not buying games if I don't plan to play them, but I bet I'd play a game on my phone more than I do a

@ho0lee0h: " I personally don't like people that use Twitter for publicity"

Well.. doesn't everyone avoid getting bitten by ants? That stuff hurts, no matter how heavy you are (It's actually worse with extra surface area like trunk and ears)

I close them. Yes, I consume the contents of the tab and then I close it. I'm not sure what the value is of finding some ingenious way to store it and group it and tuck it away... that's not a tab, that's a bookmark.

So this thing will know everything about me across all services

I don't want tactile feedback. I want screens you can actually poke/press, like buttons.

What's all the snark and sarcasm for? I don't get how it applies here. YOu know Microsoft's mobile search app actually was doing voice search back when it was still Live Search before Android started doing its thing, right?

Writing drivers is costly. That's not a bad argument at all.
