Yes, you’re looking at it all wrong - it has nothing to do with the income tax of the employees, (AFAIK, there is no income tax in Warren) it is the buildings and facilities being added that get the tax REDUCTION - there will still be a net gain of taxes on top of all the taxes already generated.
