Um, how is claiming that the destruction of a terrorist organization (Hamas) is a precondition to peace, a ridiculous statement?

I’m in favor of a ceasefire and want Israel to stop, but the fact that “they’re radicalizing more people and making Hamas more popular” doesn’t make it a workable reason for Israel to stop attacking Hamas.
