They are, but (1) they are not even close to a common enough thing that anything like this is necessary and (2) recording “consent” doesn’t actually necessarily protect you because consent can be revoked, the person can say they were coerced into recording the statement, etc.

By and large women don’t. Actual rape happens way more than false rape accusations, and false rape accusations have consequences.

Or, men can just not rape people, and depend on the fact they haven’t raped anyone as protection against allegations they raped someone.

The option is not to tell the football players to do this. Why would you need to tell women not to have sex with football players?

That’s such an unbelievably fucked up thing to tell men to do! Every person who is responsible for dispensing that advice should be fired. Also, if I ever take hostages, I know the judge I’m sending the videos to to convince everyone they are being treated well.
