How about a whole brand - Saturn.

Yeah, Jalopnik,
Supras are already in the "wait, they're how much now?!" category, and seem to be climbing rapidly. It's still a lot of performance and character for the dollar.
Obligatory. Clean NAs are fast turning into collector's items, rather than being affordable fun cars on a budget.
BMW E39 M5, that is primed to be a collectors car. Just find one with as low as mileage possible and keep it in pristine condition.
BMW M3 E46s coupes with low miles and manual transmissions. It's possibly the most sought after M3 out there (maybe after the E30?), but most have been driven hard and rough. And coupes seem to be much harder to find than convertibles, and the SMG gearbox is largely considered to be junk.
Don't care a Miata/Alfa mash up is coming and will be better.
they do have a model like this it's sold by Porsche called the 911 turbo or gt3
This one. Oh wait...
NSU!
I'd love a line of thoughtfully designed small cars under the Rambler nameplate. It as a friendly ring to it and if you designed them in a similar philosophy as the old ones, you'd end up with a line of American almost-kei cars. Why be serious when you can Rambler?
Chaparral FTW!!! The modern world could use a little bit of functional lunacy if you ask me....
That's what I think Ford should do with Lincoln. Don't make a car to compete poorly with Cadillac, make a car to go toe-to-toe with Rolls-Royce and Bentley.
Absolutely has to be DeSoto.
Now you're messing with a son of a bitch!
Ted Nugent eedition?
Awww. You missed getting my car into the frame by about 10 feet.
