Tell that to the Z28 and it's tire package.

Not refuting you or anything, just seems like a nice excuse to post this photo. Because this photo is amazing.

Ban the e-diffs!

Pretty sure the ZL1 is a fine track car as well... C&D loved it at the lightning lap.

Plus a 4 speed trans that makes it impossible to shift around the boost lag.

interesting, not sure. Didn't hear about that second time.

I personally think it was what is called "green fade."

Just enjoy it for what it is - immense straight line thrust in a comfortable wrapper.

If you ask Car & Driver, they'd say NISMO 370Z.

Granted I've never driven one on a track, but all the video reviews people seem to have a ball in them, even on the OE tires.

Someone alert the troll that wrote that Fiesta fear mongering article that made it to the front page.

Isn't "shitty car that's great on a track" pretty much the company motto for Alfa Romeo?

Not shitty as in a bad car, but shitty to deal with day to day. Less sound insulation, more off/ON!!! vtec spread than a GSR, tougher ride, no A/C, and super close gearing that turned crazy high rpm in 5th on the freeway.

Zonda R.

your story is like a million times cooler than my story.

The GT3 RS has historically been the most hardcore, track-optimized 911 out there, and also the one Porsche takes racing.

Cheers!

Oooh, I love cookies!

Hi, I'm Burglar and I wrote this article yesterday.

They say he did little more than make coffee for the team that actually designed the 911, and took all the credit.
