FWIW, if you ever find yourself in a trackday session with a driver like this (which you will) there's a way to handle it.
The roll is ok, especially if the camber curves are good. It's the control of the roll that's NG, and could have been done with better shocks. The 1LE has really, really good units from the factory, where the performance package keeps likely the same lame low-budget bits as the rental grade v6.
According to my GPS I hit mid 20s on my last bicycle ride in a downhill section. That was a bit scary. I can't imagine 40, let alone 166.
I also think halfway decent shocks on the Mustang would fix the complaints about the car feeling wallowy. The 1LE gets extremely good units for factory shocks.
I like the flat black hood. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Damn skippy. I have a feeling I would have a hard time choosing even if I were to drive them both back to back.
Yeah, Ford cheaps out with crap Pirelli tires on the Mustang. Part of why the performance pack costs less than the 1LE package.
The 1LE is kinda in-between the PP and the Boss. It's just wheels, tires, shocks, and a few minor suspension bit swaps from the ZL1. Same motor. So technically the same changes as the PP.
What about the C55 / C63? Compact chassis, large V8 stuffed in it?
That would be too much awesome. Fantastic idea.
