I'm a strong defender of the GT-R. I love it's "we can beat physics with engineering" approach. I like how it can make a normal driver great, and a great driver inhuman. My ride in one was mind altering.

They're not spectacular, but they aren't nearly as bad as the internet makes them out to be. Keep oil topped off, redline daily, minimize short trips, and they're pretty good. Also avoid an automatic at all costs, they never get revved out properly.

Have you considered having a Snickers?

Mercedes offers the C-class sport and luxury, which have quite different character despite being mostly the same. This is BMW just one-upping them by reshaping some sheet metal instead of just bumpers and grilles.

And convertible versions of both of those.
