Oh man, that’s the one that should be painted in a team color and used for tailgating. I’m assuming Philly, since it has an Eagle motif (or a few college teams with raptor mascots). That is a triumph of bad taste!

Really? You were fine with “The Executive Sedan was based on two LeBarons, a four-door sedan cut at the B pillar and a Coupe cut between the A and B pillars?” It wasn’t until they got to the engine that you had to draw the line?

From 90 thru 2001, I was a Hyundai and Suzuki car auto tech, and the 86-87 Hyundai Excels had the Mitzu 4 cylinder engines with carburetors, on cold days, we’d have tow trucks lined up outside the service drive because the choke would not open enough and flood the engine, so we ground the rivet from the shield on the

The K-car was an ugly POS. A well preserved example of a rare K-car is still a POS, and the continental kit makes this one even uglier. I wouldn’t take that if you gave it to me for free.

“...until the year two thousand seventeen.” Man, everything sounded so much more futuristic back then.

You sure it’s not a Lincoln?

All engine, no interior. I’m ok with that.

Driving to the beach (Corona Del Mar, CA) one of the houses had not 1 but 2 identical Murrano Cross Cabriolets in their garage. I don’t remember the rest of the day.

Do you have a Costco membership? I believe they have a simple program where they’ve prearranged certain prices, that, while maybe not as aggressive as what you could negotiate, are still below MSRP.

That depends on how the dealership advertises. Compare Toyota to FCA for instance. FCA dealers always advertise insanely low prices that you won’t qualify for all the discounts and they know that, they bring people in the door. Once they get in the door, they expect those prices and then get told they can’t have them.

I worked in the web sales group of the largest Toyota dealer in Western NY, (at least it was back in 2013.) We had a selling price sheet for all the vehicles we had for sale, which also applied to those we had to get from other dealers. We continually cut the throat of the other Toy stores in the area by $200 on the

Reminds me of the FJ Forum guy back in 2011 who had fumes from an acetylene tank in his truck go off when he went to roll down the power windows to air out the truck. IIRC it damaged his hearing some but basically just blew him away from the truck since he was standing at the open driver’s door. Pretty serious

Good picture! Here it is from another angle!

So a decent DMC-12 sells for about $25K...$30K. This means there are about $20K left to find a few ponies from the PRV.

Who else hates the wide side stripe?

As I understand it, many police forces now restrict high-speed pursuit to only the most serious of criminals. I think civilians should have the same standard. The motorcyclist was doing the right thing helping to track a clearly dangerous driver, but had his pursuit caused the offending vehicle to accelerate to unsafe

It’s hard to erode a skill that most people do not have.

I know a Ferrari bodykit when I see one.
