I went to a demonstration of autonomous construction vehicles at Caterpillar in Pittsburgh. The engineers did cite examples of sites in desert areas that are sparsely populated where it is hard to find drivers and the working conditions were harsh. It was a fascinating demo. One of the interesting tidbits was that

Accelerating up a highway on-ramp, I happened to look down and noticed that one of the two bolts that held on the right handlebar of my Ninja had somehow worked its way completely out and was now missing. Not a good feeling. Luckily there were not a lot of turns to my apartment.

I do. I travel the PA turnpike a lot, and it’s the only place where I can get Roy Rogers.

Once on my local news, one of those commercials ran immediately after a news story about a young girl who was hit and killed by a train.

I agree, although Jim’s burnt down a few weeks ago.

Thank you for this!

Came here to say this!

You would be just asking for cops to pull you over.

Anything is possible with enough bungee cords

I was at a club once, and a wild-eyed girl started dancing with me. I thought that she was getting frisky, but at the end of the night, I realized that she stole my only set of car keys. Thankfully, my car was still there, but I had to take a day off of work, and have my car towed to the dealership.

I do hate the overuse of leaf-blowers. I’ve seen so many instances where a rake would be much faster and more effective.

On a few occasions when I felt that I was struggling to stay awake when driving, I have pulled over to take a nap, I then can’t fall asleep. Can somebody explain that?

Just saw one this weekend at the Glory Daze motorcycle show in Pittsburgh. Had a $5,000 price tag on it.

My mom had one too while growing up. The thing could move!

I bought a carwash at the pump once. As I pull up, there is a handwritten sign “No Mustangs!” Of course there was already a line behind me. I was so nervous waiting for my antenna or spoiler to be ripped off, but it ended up being fine.

That would be ideal, but you can buy a basic scan tool for $15

Hood-mounted turn signal indicators.

Oh God no!
