I agree with your statement generally, but I think Nintendo made the right choice here.  This isn’t PC taken to any excessive extreme.

I have no patience for games that can’t get controls right, especially when it comes to player movement. I mean, Nintendo nailed that in 1996. One of the reasons I’m skipping this game, as I have the Witcher series before it.

Every article I read makes me less interested in playing it, but the absurd attention to detail makes the glitches all the more hilarious to watch.

Captain America is clunky filmmaking, but it’s got heart, so I have a soft spot for it. It also helped establish Cap as my favorite character.

Thor is probably better overall, but I’d say depending on my mood, I might prefer to watch IM2. Thor is just a bit dull.

I play video games, but very few AAA titles like this. It just doesn’t look fun to me. Every time I see a clip of the main character walking, I have flashbacks of every time I have to find a way around some slow-ass person in a crowded public place. WHY DON’T YOUR LEGS GO FASTER THAN THAT?

I feel like Iron Man 2 gets too much hate. Sure, it’s not great, but it’s at least more fun than Hulk and Thor.

I thought I was the only one who didn’t love it. Maybe I should watch it again and try to ignore the bobbleheaded costume, awful voice, some of the cheesiest dialogue imaginable, and fight scenes that made me believe I could take Batman in a fight. Despite Ledger’s great performance, I also find myself wanting to see

Piranha plant is great. I’m actually excited about it, much moreso than for any post-gen-one Pokémon.

Hm, possible, though I think it may be more likely that knives are just the easiest subweapon to be able to show him carrying. Try to imagine Trevor carrying a load of axes or bottles of holy water and it starts to look silly. Also, the team (and most viewers) are a probably more familiar with the international

Pretty sure Warren Ellis wrote everything we’ve seen so far before Judgement even came out.  I suppose it’s possible that Iga could’ve relayed him some of the info, but either way, I don’t think he’s necessary.  As written, Trevor fills the loveable rogue niche, so I don’t think he’d add much.

Nice.  Internet wayback machine, or do you just have a rock-solid memory?

Ultimately, if we imagine the characters like pieces on a game board, Carmilla’s arc this season was just to move her and Hector over to one side, but they’re still in play, so her overall arc is ongoing.

As I recall, Warren Ellis kept Grant out because he found the character a bit silly (there’s more to it, but I don’t feel like digging up decade-old articles to remind myself). Conveniently, it works because you can’t have all the side-characters in your party in the actual game.

I feel like the number of generals may have been added by the Powerhouse team to give more scope to the story, since the script only has a few major characters.

Pretty sure she’s counting on him being too meek to put up any resistance. To her, he’s cattle anyway, so why shouldn’t domestication work?

The trick is to not be born a normal human.

DS1, DeS, DS2, DS3, BB (Here’s how you get flak)

Hot take: Dark Souls 2 > Dark Souls 3

I mostly loved that it’s 3D without the need to wear anything on your head!
