Sometimes, I’m the person that says, “I HATE TIME LIMITS,” and for that reason Majora’s Mask is one of my least favorite Zeldas. But in this case, one minute seems like a good number. If you screw up and have to redo anything, you’ve only lost a minute.

I need to pick the game back up again myself, but I believe I’ve heard that you need to play through a couple of the main endings before it really grabs you.

I can’t stand hops at all, but then again, I’m not even a beer fan. Give me cider, or whiskey, or sake. Or rum? I could go for a cocktail. Just not wine or beer.

My god how that show went off the rails...

Yes! Happy Valley is super good.

No, that’s the thing people don’t get. You’re not supposed to see him as the hero. The show does try to lure you into thinking that in some ways, but really it’s the cancer that sets him free to be the villain he always was inside.

Expect it to be a port, BUT Nintendo tends to add stuff to their ports. A full new single-player mode might be too much to ask for, but possible. Minigames and modes more likely.

Right after season 1. I may have watched a couple episodes of season 2, but I don’t remember. Stopped because it seemed like it would be the same thing over and over. Unlikeable people doing terrible things to each other endlessly.

I knew a lot of companies did lazy PAL ports, but I would’ve thought Nintendo would do better. Unfortunate.

That’s too bad, recreating the Star Fox OST in higher quality might’ve inspired them to go back in that direction for Star Fox music in general. Way off topic, but easily the best and most iconic soundtrack of the series.

It’s definitely tough to go back to the PS1/N64 era. To think that I once enjoyed SuperFX games on SNES...

Hey now, I’m pretty sure OOT was generally in the 20–24 range!

It took me a while to get used to 60fps for rpgs. At this point it doesn’t really bother me whether it’s 30 or 60.

Perhaps the tv/monitor you’re viewing games on is using motion interpolation? It can certainly muddy the waters a bit.

Yeah, this looks like they had (at least) three different artists sequestered in separate locations with no ability to communicate what they were making together.

My childhood Nintendo bias says you’re wrong, but my logical adult brain tells me I should try the Genesis version to compare.

What you see there looks to me like an unfortunate series of nearest-neighbor scales to bring the image up to the page size, causing all sorts of horrendous distortion.

Nintendo platforms are too good to have not been purchased by more gamers.

Glover’s too small for either role. Elba’s too old for Bond. BUT, I could totally see Elba as Batman.

I heard that the description was from the sequel as well, which brings up an unrelated point that is a pet peeve of mine:
