Frickin’ finally! Been waiting for these for what feels like an eternity.

I watched the first episode and absolutely hated it. Inconsistent, ugly art and animation, poor pacing, etc. it made me think I should avoid this director’s work in the future.

I really wanted to love that one. Unfortunately it fell victim to an issue that had been growing more prevalent from DoS onward, which was dull level design. Too many bare hallways and repeated room layouts for my taste. I do think it was an improvement over PoR, though.

I wonder how many roles will suit a 6'6", 400lb white dude. He could make a great kaiju though...

My guess was an inexperienced animator, due to the game likely having a low budget.

SPOILERS I guess, but the melodrama is hilarious. If you watch, make sure you hold out through around the 8:20 mark.

Interesting that you invest fully into the interpretation that Ashley was the killer, when the game doesn’t make this expressly clear.

This. I couldn’t watch 7 Deadly Sins and my anime consumption in general is way, way down from what it used to be. I tend to not even watch without a recommendation.

With all the screen shake, chromatic aberration, and bloom it seems like it’s working off a checklist of overused indie trends. I too hope for options to reduce/turn them off.

My god, man. You really need to go back and play the other 3D Mario games.

A timer doesn’t work in this format. It would simply ruin the game.

It seems to me that Castlevania should take its cues from Dark Souls. That, to me, seems like a much more natural fit.

You’re free to not play it, though I imagine that if you’ve ever played a 3D Mario game and enjoyed it, you would probably like this too.

Then there’s me in the middle, preferring neither waggle nor wearing anything on my head.

A lot of these are done with just Stasis. In the case of the Yiga Clan ones, the basic idea is to use Stasis on an object, beat the heck out of it so that it will fly toward the enemy, then talk to the enemy right before Stasis breaks. Talking pauses the game, so when the conversation ends, Stasis breaks and a large

Speaking of fighting games, it’s a known favorite in the Smash Bros. community, but I also LOVED it for Soul Calibur 2.

I love elements of the GC controller, but it has a few major flaws:

Adding to the corrections pile that it is in fact spelled, “conn.”
