I agree but argue that choice of major is important in engineering and other rigorous sciences... Very few BA’s can hold down an IT specialist’s job....
Why would any woman choose to go to such a place for a high cost??? If she could earn a full scholarship at BU, she could win one at many other schools. If she is paying herself??? Not to mention true Christians who see BU for what they are are—lower morals than Penn State....
My first thought—how dumb is that woman with him??? She must be brain dead if she never heard about his reputation for violence against women.... no offence bimbo brain, but don’t expect sympathy when he rearranges your face...
It must be discouraging when your sparsely filled home park cheers when your opponent’s pitcher hits one out. I admire the Braves’ players, much like Oakland, who have to endure lack of fans but do their best on a daily basis. They all make good money compared to you & me eh...
Usually it’s only umps (current & former) who know the difference. i.e. a foul tip MUST be caught by the catcher, and is a strike...
What an arse hole...
I agree w/u... Malkin is upset that Callahan hit him in the part where the glove doesn’t cover the wrist area... Darryl Sittler got his wrist broken in a similar way a few years ago...
Looks to me (1) Malkin’s stick hit Callahan’s stick, which resulted in Callahan “cross checking” his upper legs & his cup. I believe Callahan is being a thespian... (2) Malkin’s two-handed whack at Callahan is beyond the pale; Callahan gave him a “love tap”, yes definitely a slash; most important Callahan was not even…
don’t forget to mention the “athletic” players vs the “cerebral” players... as if they all weren’t quite athletic...
At AT&T park & Oakland Coliseum, I have been privileged (lucky to have a great son?) to sit at the field level near the visitors’ dugout. I have never witnessed “infield chatter”, “bench jockeys” etc. the clown shows are for between innings. I prefer to watch college softball over college baseball, unless Georgia Tech…
My fear is also of the inevitable “Republican take-over of all levels of government continues”... All it takes for this to happen is that honorable people do nothing... who was it that said that???
you are a dumbass, if you believe that hype... you ,dufus, are putting your grandchildren at risk...
UH, Kentucky consists of Louisville (& Lexington, maybe) and the rest of the state. Rubes in KY are xenophobic, and the rednecks & hillbillies regard Louisville folks as foreigners....
Uh big guy,you want to catch a fly ball barehanded??? or you use your beer cup?? barehanded handling of a batted ball—seriously Huff???
Richard learned from his father how to spend other people’s money... No wonder Richard feels so entitled to waste $$$, growing up watching Rick in action...
You think it’s different for other students, who have to work jobs?? and have BFF’s??? You choose to use your extra time being an athlete... D III athletes have the same problems as you... Be realistic now—if it were not for NCAA insisting on fielding teams in 9/10 sports, you’d be dropped like a hot potato. You are…
It’s simple, become a D III school like MIT.... PSU is strong enough to survive academically w/o professional athletes, fancy facilities, expensive coaches etc...
I agree w/u. I was invited back after my son finished 8th grade; but declined for the reasons you suggest. The perception of that “grand old man of the grand old game”...
