I think this is a great legal approach, to pursue it under the equal protection clause. It’s not a free speech issue, because free speech is about speech by individuals, not the government.

My monthly rent is still about $200 below the “rent zestimate” for my property. Of course, Zillow has an incentive to skew high with the “rent zestimates,” because they want to encourage owners to list their properties on Zillow (i.e., look how much rent you could get for your property).
I wish most of the real estate industry would go jump off a cliff. Preferably a very charming cliff in an exclusive gated community, with imported Italian landscape boulders at the bottom of said cliff.
