It is a rare E86 model with huge rear brake discs but no front brakes at all.

Exactly. That is what I am trying to get away from.

Meh, Fargo PD and every other police department in North Dakota got by fine for a long time with RWD Crown Victorias. And before that the vast majority of cars and trucks in ND were RWD. A couple of sand bags in the trunk and winter tires and you would be just fine.

You want a B8-gen Audi S4. 3 pedals, Supercharged 6 good for well north of 300hp, the best AWD in the business (ignore the subaru people, they’re wrong), great looking, with the best blue color this side of the E39 M5. Plenty of modern luxury bells and whistles, and a low-mileage model will run you high 40's.

I dont understand what problems everyone has with the recent BMW styling. A friend of mine has a 340i and absolutely loves it, even with the auto. I’d be all over one if my wife would let go of her Accord.

You wanted to see what Torch had to say...now you have to buy a Delica!

Can’t believe my question was picked. Thank you very much for all of the advice. This has made my decision process much easier!

With dent? Or without dent? Therein lies your answer.

Kenichi Yamamoto, the dreamer at Mazda who saved the rotary engine and started the company along into its Bubble Era insanity, has died at 95. Read this fine obituary on Road & Track to familiarize yourself with this legendary engineer.

My present wouldn’t fit under the tree this year.

I’d rather someone get this rather than boring dark gray top to go with it the boring gray or silver paint. The best color combo would be that Mazda red paint they have with a tan top. Classic.
