Really? More recently it has been one of the better experiences I have had.

Military Grade, from my experience, usually means less, but costs way more.
I was told, although I am not entirely sure of how true it is*, that in the British Army, the German made MAN SV trucks have a GPS system on board and MAN have the power to shut down any of its vehicles if the servicing isn’t kept up to date or errors were detected (something along those lines).
We had a Mazda 3 sport with the 2.0 and 6 speed manual. Bought it for £600 no service history and we never serviced it either. I think it had 130k on it, and then my partner used it who has no mechanical sympathy.
I was always under the belief that on the whole, Porsche’s are quite reliable, hence why they are a popular daily driver, plus with this particular vehicle, there’s a significant VW part/platform sharing which should make it easier to maintain.
I have a Citroen Berlingo Mulit-spaz, and I have to say, it is very comfortable over speed bumps.
Aren’t there any laws in place for this, I’m pretty sure here in the UK as a consumer you have protection, even if it is a bargain basement car.
There’s no ‘might’ about it, you didn’t invent subways.
“Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, a maker of Italian but also American (and maybe French?) cars”
Depends if you are considering a US audience or global.
My first thought when I saw the pic
You used to see a few of these knocking around in the UK and they have piqued my interest a couple of times.
Utmost arrogance.
To be fair, every time I have bought a Japanese car I never really pay any attention to engine servicing...you sort of just don’t need to, you know that everytime you turn the key it will fire up and get you home.
I know everyone is banging on about the engine being slow, but, it was intended for the military not highways.
Then there’s the EU speed restricted lorries puling out and then trying to overtake another because they have a slight weight advantage.
Ah, the French Autoroutes and Peage system.
