Oh for fuck’s sake. Under that definition, any event that closes a road is non-peaceful.

Macy’s Thanksgiving day Parade is literally the Hitler. So are stoplights.

That’s a bit of a stretch.

Ummm... That’s a pretty biased interpretation of FoM, and a completely ridiculous tie back to it being in use of the Nazis similar to these street protesters.

Yes.

I don’t think you understand the definition of the word “peaceful.”

America 3: Do remember that first time Ford won in 1966 with a car that wasn’t actually American, and those other times in 1968 and 1969 with cars that weren’t actually American either?

Hey guys, remember when the 2nd largest auto company in the world (at the time) struggled mightily to beat a small coachbuilder and finally did it after a couple of tries? Also, remember when the reason for it was because Ford changed the language in the contract to remove Enzo’s control over the only thing he loved

1. Doubtful. The engine would sound very different if it did. OHV engines from GM, especially, have a very obvious sound that is about as distinctive as a Lamborghini’s or Ferrari’s.

In my wildest dreams

I wouldn’t count on that bulge being for a DOHC engine. It looks more like supercharger to me. DOHC engines need a little more room than that bulge.

Hasn’t the Corvette’s appeal always been as an affordable sports car? Wouldn’t making it mid-engine and over $100k defeat that purpose?

The mid-engines car is almost certainly a Cadillac for the following reasons.

I know it as the GT cars that Prodrive ran in endurance racing.

Not sure what you’re thinking here. Maranellos have seen some of the fastest appreciation on the Ferrari market recently as they approach that psychologically important twenty-year mark. Used to be that a number of good ones were continuously available in the $80k range; now well-kept examples are double that, unless

Need for Speed taught me all about these beauties, and I’m pretty sure Nicolas Cage is pointing at a 550 when doing his “self-indulgent weiners” line in Gone in 60 Seconds. That line is pretty ironic now, considering that any 550 you’d see out and about is probably owned by a connoisseur and not a new-money whatever.

Sorry, should have clarified it sounds like the LT4 minus the supercharger whine. Its certainly possible they’ve managed to make a DOHC V8 sound like one but I’d expect the DOHC engine to rev higher and have a different sound at wot.

I believe the answers are:

I thought you were supposed to pass on the left and not on the right.

My favorite Porsche of all Porsches is the 1988 944 Turbo S “silver rose” with the turbo sticker on the fender and plaid seats.
