Curious - haven’t played Destiny 2 since the original release a few years ago. Played none of the expansions. If I were to return to the game now, would it be easy enough to get up to speed? Can you still play the old season content and get all of the story updates as they unfold? Or would it be impenetrable?

Unfortunately proving that you need pics of food products to sell them. A shiny apple and bright orange sell themselves; cereal needs a cartoon character with a spoon to be visually appealing.

You’ve never shopped with a three-year old, who can spot a Frozen character at 100 yards. And sure, you say no, but it makes grocery shopping unnecessarily fraught. I say ban the kid-directed marketing for all foods as a start.

Autoplay ads suck. This one sucks too.

As a sleep-deprived parent of an infant and toddler, that drive through for a coffee while on any trip beats waking up the kids or trying to shlep them inside (and telling them that we’re not getting munchkins). Same for the drive-thru at the pharmacy. I never used them before, and won’t as soon as the kids are older

Is this posting a week early?

Maybe a dumb question, but what was your issue with Slaughterhouse V? Pure curiosity. I remember enjoying the book, but I also read it when I was quite younger...

There is blood on his pant leg, so he probably wiped the knife off pre-pic. Disgusting.

Came here to say this. Just go to bed!

I had her sign on my lawn during the primaries, was happily surprised when she got the nod, and even happier to see her go all the way. We’ve got high hopes for Hayes, and I’m glad to see the Dems working to deepen their bench for future national elections.

Worth mentioning that Connecticut sends Jahana Hayes to Congress as its first Black Woman representative. She’s representing my district, and we’re quite proud of the achievement!

The Snatch soundtrack. Late high school, seemed badass at the time, even if the voice samples from the movie got very tired very quickly.

This was a jury verdict, not a settlement, which is why Walmart will appeal and it’ll be a long time (if ever) until he receives a payout, and even then, it’ll likely be for far less, much like the McDonald’s plaintiff.
