Anyone here suffer from autoimmune (Hashimoto's) thyroiditis? I've heard diffrent things about whether I should go gluten-free. I'm currently starting a control phase of a personal experiment on how gluten makes me feel ( and by control phase, I mean pasta binge).

Don't worry. Cutting out gluten unnecessarily won't help you lose any weight anyway. All you are missing out on is a feeling of sadness that comes from eating imitation bread.
