You are correct and the bigger issue is the US loves to buy cheap shit that we don’t make so if ever there was a country that should be trying to lower tariffs it should be us. Instead we are asking our economy to go back in time based on some nutjob’s ideas that we are only great if we make the garbage we buy.  

For a guy who brags about making deals, it certainly seems he doesn’t make deals at all, he just threatens until he gets his way.
