I was at lunch with my mom and sister on Saturday and both of them got the "Hidden" part of the title… and then just faltered.

Now we just need Tom Skerritt to apologize for "Picket Fences" and all will be right in the world.
Hey! To be fair, Trump only called McCain a loser for being a POW. Party lines are way more important than dignity.
That seems like a few too many Horsemen to me. :P
We had a back and forth. It didn't end with me calling him a fucktard and him calling me a cuck. Baby steps, wafflicious… baby steps…
Actually, that's fair. He never outright said, "Go harass Leslie Jones". However, he did start attacking her on Twitter, which in turn emboldened his troll army to go after her. He was responsible enough that Twitter suspended his account for "participating in or inciting targeted abuse of individuals". But there is…
He was fucking phenomenal in WC3. I also feel like his performance and enthusiasm for the project helped raise the bar in the rest of the performances.
I agree that calling him "Hitler" is dumb, mostly because Milo isn't responsible for the mass genocide of a specific group of people. Plus the whole "so and so is Hitler" thing is so lazy and counter-productive.
No worries, Dan. Good talking with you (Rather than just AT you, which seems to be the majority of internet discussions these days).
You may be right. But I think there's enough a built-in audience just in Breitbart alone to sell more than a few books.
That's why a publisher-wide boycott would be more effective. Like I said in my original post, people not buying the book who were more than likely not to buy the book anyway isn't going to do much at all.

Interesting take on things. I'd argue that people are exactly the same on both sides, but in that there a multitude of varieties to be found on each side. Just like there are loud, obnoxious trolls on the left as well as thoughtful and soft-spoken people on the right.
As much as I disagree with Dan, I really would like to know where he's coming from. What his experiences are that lead him down this path of thinking. I'd rather not make baseless assumptions around a few internet comments that lack context.
I'm genuinely curious as to what your perspective is? You've said it's a form of intolerance, what leads you to believe so?
I'm not saying any of that, Dan. I'm just wondering why you're making such huge leaps in logic to prove… whatever point it is you're trying to make. Deciding not to support a publisher because they reward terrible behavior (And if you can't look at what Milo has done and see it as terrible… that's your prerogative;…
Eh…. let the writers come to their own decisions. At the end of the day we can only really be responsible for one thing: Our own actions. Best we can do is choose not to support the company financially by buying their stuff. Milo has the right to write what he writes, S&S has the right to publish it and you have the…
No… that's just consumerism, Dan. You vote with your wallet. And boycott in this case doesn't meaning going onto Twitter and bitching and moaning about it. It means… just not supporting the publisher by not giving it any money.
