Cats lack the taste receptors for sweetness, so it would be like munching a tiny bean bag chair for them.

All the marshmallows!

I have to admit, I found Cathy's piece yesterday credible. I didn't recognize her byline, and I couldn't imagine why a woman would say she loved somebody who raped her or suggest hanging out with him. The longer transcripts and Emma's explanations put my concerns in context. It looks like she was trying to pull away

Let's talk about how good it is this last season. So many Easter Eggs for loyal viewers, perfect combo of one-liners and sweetness, good storylines for even the supporting cast! It's just so good. I am so pleased.

because there's only one type of valentine that's okay to hand to your special chum ...

Now I'm googling images of Claudia Kishi and can't stop.

The nose bubbles!

I think there's something about immigrant stories that connect all immigrant families. One of the first movies that I felt showed how my family is was My Big Fat Greek Wedding, and my family isn't even Greek. My boyfriend and I are both 1/2 generation (immigrant kids), and there's a shared experience of how we've

Look at all they've done for YOU PEOPLE!!!

*sniff* Damn, pull yourself together neisseria. Can't believe I'm tearing up over this. Just struck a chord, especially with how hard I rejected anything Chinese as a kid in order to fit in, and how much it hurt my parents.

A lot of folks were really happy with it on my twitter timeline.

I loved this show. The second episode didn't record for me, tragically, but the pilot was probably the best pilot sitcom I've watched all season. It was genuinely funny and sweet when it meant to be, and painful and cringing when it needed to be as well.

I plan on watching. Mostly because I want to support any show out there that portrays the immigrant/first generation American story in any way. It seems like there are just universal experiences that kids deal with if your parent(s) were born elsewhere and came here - especially if "back there" was really different

I loved Eddie's book and was so excited when I heard about this show. I have always admired his passion and honestly about what drives him. I was reading another review giving background on what it took to get this show made and how others have found working with him to be difficult because he's so opinionated... our

My cat is named Sir David Cattenborough. Haters gonna hate.

Shameless posting of my wedding dress!!!!!

As someone who has worked in the wedding industry for many years, I have seen the worst of what happens when brides try to get things for cheap. It's not even the poorer brides who do this the most, either - often it's middle or upper-middle class chicks who want to skimp on one area to give them more money for

If your dress cost you £150 brand new and the seller tells you it's made of silk, beading, hand stitched embroidery and/or Chantilly lace, they are lying. It is that simple. Either spend the money on the real deal if that is what you want, have a dress made by a local dress maker, or buy from a reputable online
