This is better SONY, but add Crunchyroll / Funi to PS Plus and I’m sold.

But keep lickin them boots.
Oof. Twin Snakes is an unusual case study. Voice direction is an equally important part of the whole voiceover process. If not wages, then perhaps some of the direction was rushed?
Oh and a message to said bootlickers. Yes sir I’m talking to you.
Yep, look at Randy Orton slithering his XP like the snake he is.
NO! AW HELL NO.
I’d be more concerned if Bing AI had output Butter Building in those images. That would mean the machines are getting very brutal, clever, and lookout comic artists!
Wow, nice find. Go figure! The memo made it to the VO after all!
Scots Gaelic predates Squaresoft’s translation foilbles by hundred’s of years, so I can understand the frustration.
Just another case of old Squaresoft unable to manage two languages. I’m willing to bet “Aeris” and “Sephiros” are derived from initial promotional materials in the original Japanese romanized “Earisu” and “Sefirosu”, and Aerith and Sephiroth were intended as final release, but both got mixed up along the way…
To me, it’s Tide-us because, like every hair-brained localization decision in Square’s early years, they never bothered to stay consistent, or flat out make dumb errors in translation.
FF14, to it’s credit, has tried to reverse course from it’s sordid history with poor translations of past games in the Stormblood Expansion. Kaien is the father of one of the characters you meet - Hien, who’s nickname is “Shun”, which is the original Japanese name of “Cyan’s” son in FF6.
And I cackled like a harpy when I saw three of those things greet me in a FF14 Stormblood raid.
People still can’t get over the whole Aerith vs. Aeris thing, so what’s a giant toy robot moogle to do?
Those tomestones aren’t gonna grind itself. Looks like this lawyer has her priorities straight. Patch 6.5 hits today.
Gamestop,
I guess they gotta patch in more Kombo Breakers?
With the writer’s strike concluding, the AI terms for screen and voice actors could look something like the deal with the WGA:
Here, I’m still wondering if Fantasian will ever get out of mobile, and here comes Capcom jumping INTO mobile?
more gullible than audiophiles when it comes to snake oil accessories lol
