True. I think self esteem is of critical importance and value, but it must be REAL. By that, I mean that it must be earned through genuine accomplishment: mastering a skill, reaching a desired goal, etc. The way to help isn't to fake it, it's to help create opportunities where children can reasonably succeed at

She's not the most versatile actress, but you should check her out in Longmire. I think it may be some of her best work to date.

I don't dislike her, but the character of Dahl was a pretty generic "badass chick" part (like, pretty much the same part Michelle Rodriguez plays in everything, in space), so I'm going to have disagree with her that there's anything to that character that merits a spinoff. Hell, they barely found enough for Riddick to

I am also in the "dislike" camp. I don't think she's a good actress. She is part of the reason I stopped watching Battestar Galactica. Her acting was amateurish and weak. Her participation in a project usually lowers my interest in it.

I would pay to watch her doing someones taxes.

I'm not a fan either. I fail to see why people froth over her. She's not a good actress, she's not super-attractive like Summer Glau (who is also awful) and her roles all just seem to play off her Satarbuck character's persona.

Um, duh. This is why we should stop giving trophies to the losing teams.

Maybe I'm nitpicky but one thing that bothers me about Almost Human is how from afar the city is futuristic and very Star Wars or Fifth Element looking however down at the surface it's the same as any city today and the cars are just current model year Ford's with silly hubcaps and headlight covers.

Yes, Idris Elba is spot on for John Stewart. While we're at it:

First of all, love the GIF. Second, every time I read something like this it makes me wonder if animals that have these abilities can sense magnetic declination.

I am convinced the key to longevity is coffee and cigarettes.

I want a series of her...

DON'T LOOK BACK whilst walking along a train track is never good advice, zombie apocalypse or not. At least Rick had the good sense to put Carl behind him, as some sort of buffer.

would it also make more sense if humans lived in flesh caves.

"No shit?"

I think it is a Bumble.

Yes, this was obviously before we had documentaries showing off the killer power of the hippo bite.

Will this be 2014's most Pirate-d show?

Pirates given the "Spartacus" treatment.

You hate pirates?
