The City from the Age of D'ni.
The City from the Age of D'ni.
Seriously???? MYST???? Hello??
How did you guys miss D'ni. I mean that has to be a giant fail. One of the best and longest Adventure game series, and an amazing book series.
Um....I'm just going to put this here:
Missed the best one. (Or dare I say... myst the best one?)
The survival rate of Fraggles must be extremely low, given the many threats they face and their complete lack of survival skills. But since they're basically the freeloaders of the underworld, this is probably fine.
I came here for this and was not dissappointed.
"Enhance! Enhance!"
Awwww piggly 3
Oh, my filthy brain is way, way beyond hosing.
This is going to sound like brown-nosing, but finding io9. Ever since I found the site, my creativity and sense of humor have exploded, and I've learned a lot about a variety of subjects. The community here is also the most respectful (for the most part) I've ever seen.
Don't be mad at him. He only [insert punchline here] yesterday.
Yo soy unemployment!
That's a strikethrough, because I originally said 10-3. I corrected it to 10-7. But thank you for your helpful comment.
That is the face of an idiot who is so proud of himself.
You really have some bad eyes.
That's all very impressive, but where's my jetpack?
That may be part of it, but let's be honest: there's a segment of comic book fandom that flips out over any live-action character casting that deviates in the slightest from the comic depiction. Hugh Jackman is too tall to be Wolverine, Heimdall isn't black, apparently no one cast as Batman is good enough to be Batman…
While I actually really like Man of Steel, even I thought this was pretty poorly handled. I understand the point of WHY he did what he did, but it was still stupid.
Sometimes, a hero has to give his or her life for a greater cause. And sometimes, a hero's sacrifice is utterly…
Honestly, the fact you didn't pick up on the Doctor Strangelove quote was disappointing, the fact you thought someone would bring up "chem trails" on this site with a straight face is awe inspiring.
