I don't really know how to respond to that as you can't say an entire city can't drive. There are good and bad drivers everywhere. All I know is that there is 1/4"-1/2" of ice on every road around me and I'm not going anywhere.

We think the same thing when a heat wave hits the north or mid-west and hear of people dying in their houses from heat stroke.
