Mad props to Gabe. I've seen a few videos like this now and I'm always impressed that the head of a multi million dollar company takes the time to talk to and educate kids on programming and business.

He didn't say "don't go to college." He just said he learned more from being at Microsoft and being around people working in the industry then he did when he was at Harvard. (The original question was a kid asking what his most valuable education experiences were)

I just checked my status on the beta entry thing and was surprised to see that I was one of only 420,000 candidates.

You come off as pretty dismissive and sarcastic in your comment.

I can't tell if this is trolling or not.

"branching out" on your own planet? pfft.

Yup!

This game is pretty awesome.

Did you ever think that some people play the games because the game itself is fun?

I stared at this picture for a bit like "I don't get it" before I finally scrolled down and saw that other people are just...blind I guess.

So frustrating that they run a "beta" that's relatively smooth and a *nearly* unplayable mess comes out.

Boy the "levelution" in the damn map was underwhelming. I was so pumped to see that dam go down and it just turns into a pile of rubble in a part of the map you never go to anyway.

There's a free mod for HL2 and a demo for this one.

:(

Can't wait! Loved the original

Oh they might

The tradeoff is they don't have commercial breaks.

I remeber going to Times Square for the first time ever shortly before GTA IV came out. When I was there I went to a comedy club that I was able to find again in GTA. Same streets, same landmark (this weird up and down staircase) and the comedy club was there. It blew my goddamn mind

This was beautiful.

I've played every GTA game and the only one I beat was GTA 2. I always hit that wall halfway through or so and just put it down and only pick it up again to fuck around and shoot people.
