Let's Discuss This Rationally, Shall We?

As usual The Root has gone the way of Fox News for clicks and likes. Here is the actual story: The press trying to frame this is David Chapelle killing affordable housing for poor people. It’s not that simple. They offered a plan to get his $65 million investment, then switched up the project presumably to get tax

Once again, why is this shit even a feature? Nobody needs their car to broadcast noise outside. It’s already irritating enough when someone’s bass is shaking my car or when a motorcycle blasting shitty music goes by.

Cool, now try using the arrows on the keyboard :p

School Buses, Mail Carriers, Local Delivery Trucks, Police Cars... honestly anything that works in shifts and has a base where they go for refueling/restocking and shift changes... all of these should be EVs.

“Here is our lobby.  And this is our vending machine.  Now on to what you have all been waiting for.....the water closet.”

This is good fun, but the chance of anyone, let alone the boss of red bull, seeing anything with technical value on a factory tour is 0%.

I look forward to them getting a special tour of the facilities where they can’t see anything because everything is “closed for renovation”.

I always find it mind boggling when people bitch how expensive flying has gotten, but simultaneously shit on the cheap carriers.  Like, yeah, of course flying First Class Delta ain’t gonna be cheap.

My best Frontier experience was jumping on a last minute flight direct to Denver from Houston to buy a Jeep Cherokee and drive it home. I took a backpack.

I have no problem with this. Frontier, Allegiant, and Spirit have a particular purpose in the airline industry. I’ve flown on them before, I really didn’t have a problem, full well knowing what to expect. It’s useful for quick, unexpected trips. I certainly don’t like flying on such a plane, but I get it, especially

The merger would reportedly combine what the airlines do best” sounds like a threat.

Who cares? This will just be another slideshow filled with suggestions that got the least amount of support and make no sense.

Ah, Lewis.  A wasted opportunity.  You could have stayed off and set such a good example for the rest of us.

Maybe even put them on a separate road so they don’t interfere with regular traffic? Better yet, make that some sort of a track so they don’t have to worry about steering. And link a bunch of them together, so you only need one in front pulling the whole thing.

My experience riding trains is that they’re only boring if you find your own company boring

Why not? Pretty sure they’ll be happy to take your money to use their tracks as long as it doesn’t screw up their operations. That’s exactly how a lot of Amtrak operates. I’m sure it would be hilariously expensive, but also $350 million train.

So I guess you are the one that decides none of the blue collar workers / trades people making boats, expensive cars, planes should have jobs anymore because you think no one should be able to afford these things? Nice of you. Would love to hear your economic plan.

I mean you can make fun of the guy for having a “toy” like this but you know what? This project has employed hundreds of people in the hard hit marine sector and will continue to employee lots of people for the substantial on-going maintenance that will be required. Captains, engineers, all the other crew, the ports

if people are cheering when you wreck a car you are either in stock car racing or have been a huge douche nozzle in traffic.
