Not really. This has always been his plan. He’s never liked radar or lidar, which I think is stupid while they’re still figuring things out. Most people want to develop the AI and eventually move to cameras only. I think most of it comes down to cost, but only they know.

Really depends on which way you’re looking at it. If you’re trying to address the issues with education in this country, you’re correct. There should be a way to fix costs. If you’re looking at it as a stimulus, they just have to pump money to people that they know are going to spend it.

There’s a lot of useless info here. They just needed to say the plan is for the batteries to charge overnight, in order not to overburden the grid. If it works, great. If not, they’ll try to adapt.

They haven’t released numbers, but there’s not much for them to say. Range is going to be cut by 30-50% when towing. That range will still be enough for most, as the average person isn’t towing 150+ miles without stopping. 

Not even close. Trucks have their own sense of style and can be designed well or poorly. Tesla’s truck is just ugly as fuck.
