They need directors that can do rewrites to make the next story move organically. There were some good elements in True Detective. Without Cary Fukunaga directing every episode and keeping the story running and consistent, things fell completely flat and became uneven. Hopefully, they can learn and bounce back but

You just have to get used to AV Club jerking off The Walking Dead. They aren't going to say negative things about the show due to how big the fanbase is that they are afraid will leave if they do. I'm glad that most people I've read on here aren't buying it though.

Good story in a zombie show. You've come to the wrong place my friend. Just like Lori getting into a car alone and crashing it and the virus that mysteriously disappeared, you aren't going to get plot points that make any sense.
