Funny enough, I did my 8th grade research paper on how Henry Leland should be considered the father of the modern automobile. I found that out and realized Henry Ford was a bastard.

I agree. I worked at a BMW shop this past summer (with little prior experience) and was able to just dive right into jobs. They are very straightforward, and not too complicated. MINI's as well (because BMW owns them). I changed the clutch on my sisters MINI in about 3 days. Not bad considering I had never done one…
That MINI is one of the best companies of all time. Even with its BMW-induced over saturated lineup.
Shame that you can't see any craftsmanship in today's engines. Just a hunk of plastic with some words written on it.
I still kinda wish that Aston would offer a modern Vanquish that was as bat-shit crazy as this was. Give the F12 a beating.
All the semi high-end sports car companies need to make something around the $70k range. Porsche does it with the Boxster and Cayman which are huge successes. BMW the M3/M4. Mercedes the C63. If McLaren could get in on that fight it would be epic.
I guess they werent kidding when they said their road cars wete F1 inspired.
Shoutout to the dude with the wagon.
From a first look, I thought they were Porsche GT3's because the dark spots on the covers look like the GT3's front aero.
I hate when people see someones car and make assumptions about the person. Whether it is that they are a dick (how fitting), they are "compensating", or that because they have a nice car they can afford to fix it no questions asked.
Love spotting all the cars hidden in the background! A surprising number of 914's!
Honestly, this pisses me off a little.
