My dad has always been a BMW man. The first cars of ours I can remember include a Chevy Suburban, a Mercedes 300d, and my dad’s E39 540. I loved that 5 series so much as a kid. It seemed so cool and fast. It was my favorite car.

Currently have a 1983 Porsche 944 sitting in my garage. Paid $2,000 for it. A single part for it can cost more than I paid for the whole car. Am I gonna keep it running at the expense of an arm and a leg? Fuck yeah I am. Why? Because it’s worth more to me than a couple thousand bucks.

Honestly, I couldn’t give two shits about mileage. If you want a car bad enough, you really dont care about how many times the odometer has ticked over.
