I was at the Kent State-Liberty game Thursday night, where neither team played very well. Liberty led 10-7 after 3 quarters, and had a drive stall with under two minutes to go (they lost to Kent, 17-10).

Grrr.

If McAuliffe is elected, I predict he won't last his term before being indicted.

This isn't as far-fetched as it might sound. Fresno has to go to Colorado, but that's certainly winnable for the Bulldogs. They get Boise at home, and Fresno can be raucous when they are doing well. A Boise-like BCS run isn't out of the question.

College football DUAN:

I think snoop's right. And the estate should not be liable, but you may want to review that according to the laws of your state. An asset of the estate (in this case, a dog) did some damage. It's a good question of liability, but I think since she took the dog voluntarily, I would say the estate isn't liable.

Unless it's Vanderbilt, which is admittedly one of the best schools in the country.

I'm OK with the Smurf Turf, but that field at Eastern Washington literally makes my eyes hurt. Boise can keep theirs because they were first and it was unique. Everyone else is a copycat.
