It's called "changing the channel to the NBC Sports Network or CNBC". Al Michaels made that pretty clear at least twice before the speech.

Hey, I loved King of the Hill. Thought it was really well done and thought provoking. That show also ran for thirteen seasons and is the third longest running animated series in history.

If these people had watched Football Night, they would have known. They announced the President would be preempting programming with his speech at some point. I did not see the entire speech myself, but I saw the beginning.

I don't disagree with you. I'm not much of an NBA fan anyway, and the Cavaliers haven't played on Christmas since the Decision, so it doesn't matter to me.

Last year it did, yes, but there was only one game — Bears at Packers.

I actually miss those Fox NFL Sunday beginnings. They did them for a couple of years after the network got the NFL in 1994. That was when Fox really started to shed its image as the fourth network. The Fox Network had only been around for seven years at that point.
