I agree. This should have been $200 on the high end. $150 (with no games and maybe a three-month Game Pass trial) would have been ideal and probably would have generated a lot of excitement.

Well, that’s a hard pass.  Needed to be at least down to 200 before I even consider it.  250 is an insane price for a diskless system.

At this point they should just make the game free. It’s clear they want to make most of their money from add-on crap, just give the basic level of access away.

They took pac-man and made some new graphics that don’t even resemble the creatures from the film, slapped the “Alien” logo on it and called it a day.

What you said is actually a hyperbole, because there are tons of awesome non mobile games released all the time for the PC/Console gamers (2018 was a pretty great year for gaming). The industry is just expanding to new territories to capture the interest of more kinds of gamers.
