This is a really good metaphor for Melo’s whole career.

Never seen anything like C.Anthony? Remind you of Gerald Henderson/ Kris Humphries, who had a short but brilliant run in NBA?

I guess my reply would be, what else are lawsuits for? How else would a defendant challenge claims made by a plaintiff like Andrews. It is a bit uncomfortable but when it comes down to it if Andrews wants to collect $75 Million she actually has to prove she deserves that compensation.

That’s not the hot rim action that Kurt Rambis likes to see.

I’m a civil defense attorney so please keep that in mind when reading this comment. I’m about to get real defensive! If Erin Andrews’ attorneys are claiming she suffered $75 Million in damages - and if she is claiming some of that damage came in the form of lost job opportunities/lost wages - then this lawyer has

Yes you are mistaken, in that she is doing both. Her theory of what they did wrong is negligence and/or willfully giving out her room number/whatever else, and she is then able to show how that damaged her, whether through personal financial loss through loss of sponsorship or emotional distress or whatever else.

Yeah, that criminal who stalked her and then put naked pictures of her on the internet really did her a solid! Where does she get off complaining? Some bitches just can’t take a compliment.

Oh sure, its easy for a guy to run a 4.61 with his dick and balls inside his shorts...

Anyone else see this gem on twitter?

He just read the Gawker Media union contract.

Then why the fuck did you click and comment for you dumb son of a bitch?

Not even the Egyptian desert is hotter than this take

I want to hug Mark Ruffalo all the time. Was he in the Revenant? Cuz he is such a teddy bear.

Sounds like a nice camp. Much nicer than Donald Trump’s soccer camp for underserved Hispanic neighborhoods, “European Football With Barriers” where the bus never comes back.

I’ve been trying to think of good sports comparisons for him for the last few minutes, and about the best I can come up with is that he’s like peak Tiger Woods, only in a world where the other top 10 guys on the Major wins list never golfed.

There are still a lot of people (mostly old heads and people who can’t get out of the 90s, and I say this as a big-time MJ-Bulls fanboy) still throwing shade on Curry - they say things like “they’re just not playing defense on him.” Let’s ignore the obvious falsehood of this statement. What defensive call are you

He blew past that “best long-range shooter” mark miles ago. Saturday, he broke his own record for most three pointers in a season, like it states above. There are 24 games left, and he already broke the single season record. It’s just incomprehensible.

This. Plus, I’d argue that the degree of difficulty on most of Steph’s shots is certainly greater than what Ray ever attempted, which makes his 3P% all the more incredible. Allen could create his own looks, sure, but he never drew 2+ defenders to him every single time he touched the ball. This article blew my mind:

Nah, it’s not even close. He’s so far ahead of everyone else it’s actually comical. Ray Allen at his peak was shooting about 45% from 3 on 5 attempts per game. Curry is shooting 46% on 11 attempts per game.

Is it appropriate to stop saying “one of the greatest” and simply say “the greatest long-range shooter”? How many more data points will we need to make that conclusive statement, because it seems like we’re getting close.
