@LSDariuss: You're obviously not a fan of Super Kotaku Review IV.

My best friend in junior high had an Atari 5200. All we would ever play was Qix, and we would play that for endless hours. Too bad the Live Arcade version was horrible.

@cadeSILVER: And it seems like he always in my face with a cutting remark.

@Kovitlac: Bungie is smart that way... I think by ending with a prequel, they drive you to replay the series and ponder their legacy, and they've sort of built a closed loop of their Halo games. 343 Studios has their work cut out for them if their games are going to really join with Bungie's in fans' hearts and minds.

@samuriwerewolf: Worth not playing it to own it? Dude. Amazon.

@Michael Dukakis: Is a Q-tip a utensil? He's always in my ear about something...

@Jocaju2: I mostly just wish I still had a Gamecube, and that most Wii games were GC games, excepting awesome titles like Zak & Wiki. For the most part, I can do without motion control, and for the Wii games that lack or minimize motion control, a GC or classic controller is really the best way to play.

I feel like, even though I probably would agree with Mike about this particular game, that the new format afforded him more opportunity for sarcasm, and while I can still glean what I might like/what I might hate about a game from the format, I would still feel vaguely like a douchebag ordering the game from Amazon

Wow... I've always had a healthy appreciation for Stephen J. Cannell, but I never knew he was responsible for, on the one hand, Rockford Files, and on the other, Wiseguy... memorable, among other things, as the first significant showcase for Kevin Spacey.

@sypoth_1: There are very few people who do not, at the minimum, wish they could play the core Nintendo games on their 360 or PS3. Personally, I no longer have a Wii, and regret it all the time... not a hardware issue, but definitely a software issue. Never to play Super Mario Galaxy 2, Epic Mickey, Metroid: Other M,

@bkld18: They actually came out with a new 64GB model of the player a month or so ago.

@Mike Fahey: I share a pass with my daughter so I can relate. I'm not the Taylor Swift fan in the family, for instance. I'm beginning to see a downside to the social aspects of Zune.

I'm not sure why you recommend those without a console should wait for the Kinect bundles (I agree), but those with a Wii, who would have the easier wait, should buy now. Unless a Wii owner (probably likes motion control) doesn't intend to ever use Kinect, they should wait, too.

If they could get their game in a condition where the NHL-style gameplay could shine, in time for the All-Star game, they could release it for $30-$40, extend the promised roster updates through the 2011-2012 season, and come back swinging with an evolutionary jump, really perfecting the new style and nailing the

To me, 'replayability' is a word that has a specific meaning: it means a game that, having 'finished' it, still makes you want to fire it up again for another go-round. Now, any number of factors can make a game replayable. Some genres (sports games, cart racers, fighting games) are really not doing their job if

@Stephen Totilo: A nation of millions can't hold the 'Push It' clip back.

@Mooncow27: Her name was Chihuahua lol.

@Mooncow27: The Wizard of Oz was released in 1939, and it's one of the best-looking Blu-ray discs on the market. Of course it's in beautiful Technicolor. I love watching old movies in HD on cable, just watched Darling Clementine (same idea as Tombstone, with Henry Fonda as Wyatt Earp) yesterday.

Wow, McWhertor looks so rugged in his profile pic, almost like he stepped out of a Soviet-era propaganda poster, if the Soviets followed Phish around for a year before college. I am positive I've never seen him looking so baby-faced or flashing that $1,000,000 (1963 dollars) smile. Anyway, maybe I'll actually check
