@Kenology18: On Banhammer Wednesday, really?
@Faux Bravo: I have high hopes for the Thor and Avengers movies. I loved Kenneth Branagh's Henry V and Dead Again... hell, even my spell check knows who he is! And if Marvel can lock down the great Joss Whedon for The Avengers, then that should be good as well.
@yandereboat: Unfortunately, I'm limited to an ASUS netbook, so I'm pulling for the XBLA version, but not holding my breath.
@Faux Bravo: @Faux Bravo: I made my kids sit through the credits, which we usually do anyway, just in case, and they were just confused. They know Thor from Norse mythology, but not so much as a superhero. And really, the Iron Man 2 audience probably breaks down into two groups: 1) doesn't know Thor is a Marvel…
I'll be first in line to download this from the XBL Marketplace, but I'm fairly skeptical this will make it past the peepee police at MS.
@Llubomir Stanojlovic: Blast you, Lubomir Stanojlovic, you took my only pun. But then, as soon as I saw this article, I knew that seminal punmeister Michael Dukakis would sponge up most of the good ones anyway.
Banhammer... Wednesday? OK, kiddies, buckle up! It's about time, too... Looks like Crecente finally located the damn thing in the New Mexico desert.
@legendnthemaking: 1) That's great, sometimes things turn out better than we can foresee.
@Foxhack: When I first started commenting I ran smack dab into a major troll —- he was my first follower. He made me so wary that for a long time, I was nervous about my own followers, and would 'audition them' before returning the follow. Over time, I've learned that Edog123456789 was not only a major douchebag but…
@Jekku: I liked both, but was always an Addams Family man (well, child). Addams just seemed to have a more refined aesthetic, probably due to its history as New Yorker illustrations. Both have swell theme songs.
@dark-gio: I so look forward to and enjoy Tim's articles that I'm actually saving 'I <3 stupid games' for tomorrow, since it posted too late to read at work, and I've the day off today. I don't know why, but I find that being slightly distracted, I follow Tim's peregrinations more ably.
@Mozz-eyes: I think it's great. Understated is the word you're lookinf for, and it's memorable: I remember you from yesterday, already, and have put a face to your name. Makes it much more likely you'll be hearted or starred upon stringing a few witty comments or trenchant observations together.
@raresquare: Grim Fandango. I share the SMW love, but Grim Fandango will be more relaxing, which you will deserve. Congrats!
@legendnthemaking: THEY GHOSTS
@mintycrys will Vanquish you!: I'm barely moist after about six or seven passes, myself.
@linklonk07: That was like the Pre-ramble to the Constipation... If you've really got a beef, you're going to have to explain it better.
From a careful reading, it sounds like in regards to the ragequitting issue only there will not be a patch because the punishment happens, just not in real time. That is acceptable, to me, and I don't get an outright refusal to fix issues with the game, just an indication that these problems are not necessarily…
@bakagaijin: Ben Stiller (who wasn't a big star at the time), Tea Leoni, Mary Tyler Moore, Alan Alda, Lily Tomlin, George Segal... ooh LOST is on, gottago
@ARCH_27: Rex, but good call... I didn't know who Hugo Weaving was when I saw Babe.
